Certified Translations
(English- French-Spanish)
What is the legal validity of these translations?
These translations are nationally and internationally valid. Our translations have legal validity before consular representations of other countries and Mexican institutions within the Mexican territory. However, in order to submit these documents to authorities within other countries, THE CLIENT must ensure that our translations are accepted and recognized by such authorities.
Are they valid for visa applications and immigration procedures for academic reasons?
Yes. They are valid if the consular representations of other countries recognize the English, French or Spanish languages as official languages of communication.
Are they valid for immigrating into the country?
Yes. There are two ways to immigrate into our country: foreigners who enter Mexico, and Mexicans returning after completing a stay abroad (returning workers or students). Our certified translations are valid for immigration formalities for foreign citizens living in Mexico. These translations are authorized to undergo the following procedures amongst many others:
* Residence
* Naturalization
* Nationalization
Similarly, they are valid for Mexican citizens living in other countries and that return to Mexico in order to settle permanently. Our translations are authorized for formalities such as:
* Registration of civil records (birth, marriage, divorce, death, etc.)
* Validation and equivalence of studies abroad.
Is it necessary to notarize these translations?
No.
As expert translators authorized by the Judiciary of the State of Veracruz in the English, French and Spanish languages, our translations are not required to be validated by any other Mexican authority. The Expert Translator acts as a Notary Public, who certifies a translation through the elaboration of an "Affidavit of Translation".
This type of translation is performed by non-certified translators. However, in this case –as we have seen throughout our experience- there is no real WARRANTY that the document has been duly translated, since in some cases the notary public certifies without knowing the language into which the document has been translated, which has derived into mistranslations and the rejection of the documents.
What countries accept these translations?
We have done translations submitted to the following consular representations in Mexico City:
* Embassy of Denmark
* Embassy of France
* Canadian Embassy
* Embassy of the United States
* British Council
* Embassy of Germany
* Embassy of Spain
* Embassy of Belgium
Based on our experience, we can affirm you that our translations shall be approved and accepted by all consulates settled in Mexico that recognize English, French and Spanish as the official languages of communication. If this is not the case, you will have the WARRANTY of reimbursement for the service you hired.

General training
What are general training courses?
These are courses for people who having or not any previous knowledge of the language they are interested in, want to acquire the knowledge and skills to achieve an effective communicative level in both oral and written language.
These courses are not recognized by any national or foreign educational authority, since our courses do not aim at issuing a diploma. Conversely, our courses seek to accomplish the firm purpose of helping students obtain an international certification. Regarding academic or labour purposes, a diploma awarded by an educational institution (e.g. language school, etc.) does not have any legal validity before any embassy or academic authority from other countries or before companies, since it represents no WARRANTY of sound knowledge of the language. Therefore we aim at training our students to become certified at the end of their training.
Corporate Training
What are Corporate Training Courses?
These are courses designed with the main purpose developing workers’ language skills in their workplaces, such as hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and manufacturing industries, among others.
These courses are designed based on the specific needs of each organization. Hence, they are ideally taught at the workplaces by performing the functions that workers normally do.
